I agree with this recommendation for limiting use of
technology for two hours and that they should not be used in their
bedroom. I think this because whenever I
use technology before I go to sleep I have a bad head ache and I always have a
hard time falling asleep. I think having a hard time falling asleep because
your mind is still thinking about all the events of the day and this is why
most teenagers are sleep deprived. Also, kids need to spend more of their time
on homework and school then checking their phone every two seconds to see what
the newest trend is. If you use technology the right way, then it can be very
beneficial.
